At first I was skeptical and "nervous "changing from my the optical shop I have been using for the last 10 years, however "paulina" and "Robbie" showed incredibly warmth ,with excellent customer service and were always super helpful by assisting in choosing a perfect pair of glasses (progressive class and ,sunglasses)... ! Even when I came in 2-3 x or more😁sorry guys!!! To finalize my choices!! I never felt rushed but valued and answered any questions I had..

I’ve been going here on/off for more than 6 years, mainly cuz I live DT. But the key difference between them and other places DT is they’ve never gone down in customer service.

I haven’t gotten glasses in years so I decided to go to this location due to the great reviews. The service I received was excellent and the staff made sure I was 100 percent satisfied with my glasses by providing a lot of helpful information on what I should get and what wouldn’t work for me.
